Ritual: HOT BREW: Add 1-2 tbls to one cup of hot water. Steep for 2-4 mins. For a more bitter taste, steep longer, for added sweetness add a dollop of your favorite honey. Drink before bed to help whine down and calm the mind, body, and soul.
COLD BREW: Add 2 tbls per cup of cold water. Steep in fridge for 6-8 hrs. Enjoy on ice with your favorite tincture or elixir.
