All sales are final online and in-store.
We offer 14 days for exchange or store credit only. We require a receipt for any exchanges and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items, earrings, and bath & body products are all final sale.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure a speedy response time from us.
We will happily replace any missing or damaged items at no additional cost, provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
